Dr Hussien El-Maghraby

Dr Hussien El-Maghraby is a Consultant Neurosurgeon and Spinal Surgeon based at Fitzrovia Hospital in central London, specialising exclusively in minimally invasive spine care. We were appointed to design, build and manage his professional online presence from the ground up.

The brief was to create a website that conveyed clinical authority and reassurance while remaining accessible to patients, including a significant proportion seeking care from the Middle East. The site needed to clearly communicate Dr El-Maghraby’s specialist focus in minimally invasive techniques such as laser disc decompression, 3D/AI-guided spinal decompression and vertebral cement augmentation, and to support ongoing patient education through a blog.

What we delivered was a clean, elegant WordPress website built around a deep navy and soft neutral palette with serif display typography, reflecting the gravitas appropriate to a senior London consultant. The site is structured around core patient journeys: understanding a condition, exploring treatment options, learning about the surgeon, and making contact.

Ongoing work includes regular blog content to support search visibility for terms relating to spinal conditions and minimally invasive treatments, with content written to be accessible to both UK and international patients.
